The Tampa Rays locked up pitcher Scott Kazmir to a 3 year 28.5 million that could be worth up to 4 years and 39.5 million. With the Rays and Marlins signing there younger players earlier in there career so that they can compete. Do you expect this to to be a trend throughout Major League Baseball?
